eBook Refund policy

I firmly stand behind the quality of my eBooks, if you, for any reason, decide that the eBook you purchased does not help you, you may ask for a refund within a reasonable period of time. Because there is no physical product, eBooks may not be returned to the store once the title is activated. Since eBooks can be activated and deactivated, a refund can be made available if the buyer asks for it within thirty (30) days from the activation date. Please note that if your purchase is refunded, your eBook will be deactivated, which means you’ll no longer be able to read the full digital content of the book. Therefore, you need to take eBook-deactivation into consideration when you decide to ask for a refund.
