01. knowing that
定义: 得知了; 已知; 明明知道.
例句: Knowing that he had arrived safely set my mind at ease. (得知了他已经安全到达之后我就放心了)

02. known to mankind, be
定义: 众所周知的, 为全世界, 世人或人类所知的.
例句: I don't like this restaurant. They make the worst burgers known to mankind. (我不喜欢这家餐厅. 他们做的是全世界所知最难吃的汉堡)

03. knuckle down, to
定义: 认真工作; 屈服, 让步, 投降.
