01. corroborating evidence
定义: 补强证据, 加强证据, 确认证据
例句: The side that can show their version of events supported by corroborating evidence will go a long way towards convincing a judge or jury. (能够展示他们补强证据来证实事件说法的一方对于说服法官或陪审团大有帮助)

02. costs
定义: (不包括律师费的)法院诉讼费用

05. counterclaim
定义: (被告提出的)反告, 反诉, 反求偿
例句: The court usually will sort out the different claims/counterclaims in one lawsuit unless the claims are severed. (除非这些索赔要求被划分开之外, 法庭通常会一并解决整笔诉讼案件内不同的求偿与反求偿要求)

06. court
定义: 代表政府的司法机关, 法庭, 法院; 法庭诉讼
