定义: 浮上表面; 揭竿而起, 起义, 武装叛乱; (指四脚动物)用后脚站立; 站起.
例句: The peasants rose up in revolt against their landowner. (这群农民揭竿而起, 反抗他们地主的剥削)

02. rising tide lifts all boats, a
定义: 水涨船高. (注: 当经济蓬勃发展所有人都受益)
