01. acquired taste, an
定义: 后天的喜好, 培养出的喜好. (注: 有些人或物刚开始不令人喜欢但经历多次后才慢慢会接受)
例句: Durian is an acquired taste. Those who love it really love it, but others can't stand the smell. (榴梿是一个后天培养出的喜好. 喜爱它的人喜爱得不得了, 但是有些人却不能容忍它的气味)

02. acquit oneself, to
定义: 在压力下表现满意.
例句: Somehow, he must acquit himself honorably, as all this would undoubtedly be reported back to school. (由于某种原因, 他行为表现必须审慎得体, 因为这些行为都会必然被报回学校)

03. acres of
定义: 大量的.
